The home was beautiful with plenty of space for my family of four.  The pictures do not do it justice.  We loved all the features of this new house and the location is perfect.  

Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen and spacious living/dining area.  The house was well organized so that you instantly felt at home.  

Karen was a great host and awesome with communication.  She made sure to reply to all of my questions and concerns.  Karen really went above and beyond.  We would definitely return!

Amazing Home and Vacation

We had a wonderful time!  We absolutely loved the home & it's location.  Communication was great and all of our expectations were met, and then-some.

Beautiful brand new home on Hilton Head and 1 mile drive to the beach!

We loved our stay at this beautiful home!  The space was perfect for our family of five.  Our kids are 13, 11 and 9.  We stayed in the summer, so the island was full with plenty of tourists and it was so nice to have a quiet, relaxing place to retreat after our busy days.  The house was perfectly clean, wonderfully decorated, great placement on the island, and brand new.  The owners have thought of EVERYTHING we could need and even everything we could want.  The kitchen was perfectly filled with all we needed to cook at home.  There were beach chairs , boogie boards, a cooler with ice packs, and even a beach game to use for a perfect day at the beach.  There were even a few surprise snacks waiting to greet us at the house!  We also really appreciated having an electric car charger in the garage.  The owners were easy to communicate with via text and had great recommendations.  They recommended Folly Field Beach, which was an easy 1 mile drive away.  They have really paid attention to the quality of their home and making it a great retreat and vacation destination!
